Get healthy in 2007 with a four-part nutrition class offered by South Mountain Community College in Laveen.

Licensed Nutritionist Lauren Peterson will teach Introduction to Nutrition (NC 500 9533) Feb. 7, 14, 21, and 28.  The class, from 6 to 8 pm, will be offered at Arizona Lutheran Academy, 6036 S. 27th Ave. Cost is $25.

Peterson will provide an introduction to healthy food choices, explain how to separate fads from real health and nutrition,  and will show students how minor changes in ingredients can lead to healthier living.
