College Faculty Present an Evening of Classical Piano and Voice
WHAT:
South Mountain Community College music faculty artists Isola Jones (mezzo soprano) and Henry Rose (piano) are teaming up for a fall concert of classical piano and voice, with ticket proceeds going to benefit the college scholarship fund.
Ms. Jones and Mr. Rose will present a recital featuring the works of Ravel, Godowsky, Chopin and De Falla.
Funds raised through ticket sales will go toward the STARS scholarship fund for SMCC students in need. The fund, largely supported by campus employees, has raised in excess of $100,000 for area students since its inception.
